Time, money and talented leaders are arguably always in shorter supply than we would wish, irrespective of the prevailing climate. The Leadership Development Centre is hosting two clinics during New Zealand Leadership Week which provide a forum for discussion on making the most of what you’ve got.
The second forum focusses on ‘Leadership Development Strategies in Tough Times’. All the research tells us we should be investing more in our people rather than less during tough times. The reality is that development spending is often seen as discretionary and easy to cut under fiscal pressure.
What opportunities are there in tough times to accelerate leadership development?
What are the most viable development strategies?
This clinic will provide a forum to share thoughts on the opportunities tough times offer, how to ensure your development dollars are well spent, and identify the lowest cost, highest pay-off leadership development strategies.
Facilitator: Bruce Anderson, Chief Executive, The Leadership Development Centre.
Venue: Grand Space, Holiday Inn, 75 Featherston Street, Wellington.
Time: 16.30 - 18.00 Refreshments available.
Cost: Free
