New Zealand has a diverse marine environment, which in his
adventures Sir Peter Blake learned to love, respect and care
for.
The Care for our Coast programme is designed to inspire and
educate people of all ages about New Zealand's amazing coastal
environment and how to best care for it. Download and use
our proactive teaching resources and clean-up kits and
take part in a clean-up at your local beach or waterway.
The clean-up collection form, which details the type and volume
of rubbish collected, can be entered online. The information
is then sent to the Trust to record, allowing a full summary of
clean-ups from all around New Zealand to be constructed.
